Two side by side cottages on the same convenient property. The bungalows can be rented together or separately. Betsy's Bungalow is a new 1950's style cottage that is two bedroom, one bath and can sleep 8. Daniel's Den sleeps 12. Decorated in a vintage style with pink beauty parlor chairs and Marilyn Monroe in every room. This house has zero tolerance for bad behavior out of respect for the lovely neighbors.
Together, the cottages sleep up to 20 people with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two large kitchens. Enjoy twinkling lights, beautiful sunsets, and an outdoor sleeping porch. A hot tub is perched overlooking the water. There is a fish feeder which attracts huge fish and the owners ask that you release the fish if you do not plan to eat them. Huge catfish are like pets!! Outdoor sleeping porch with daybed and trundle twin bed. Bring sleeping bags, great for the kids. Huge fan cools hot summer nights. Betsy's Bungalow & Daniel's Den caters to family gatherings and corporate retreats. No more than 20 guests at a time, no more than five vehicles, no foul language, no music or noise after ten p.m. No shuttle buses are allowed to pick up or drop off tubers at the house. Boat-N-Go rents large pontoon and bass tracker boats. They are based at Canyon Lake and will take boats to Lake Dunlap as well. They put the boat in the water for you, give you a free 30 minute lesson on how to handle the boat. Then you call them when you are ready for them to come and pick the boat up.
