Walk over to the Union Station for a breakfast taco, or get a snowcone on the corner by the Tube Chute. Shop for the latest swim wear at Ducky's or eat at Pat's Place next door. White Crane Massage and the Retreat are two elegant day spas next door.  Bougan-Villa, a two story, 4B/3B estate that sleeps 16. The upper level is a 3B/2B with a living area and full kitchen. Two bedrooms each have a double, the third bedroom is larger with two double beds. The middle level is a charming sunroom overlooking the immaculate backyard. The sunroom is spacious and has two red chairs that turn into twins.  Off the sunroom, there is a sunken bedroom two daybeds with trundles to sleep 4. Off the middle level, there is another multi purpose room with a set of bunk beds. A door connects to the lovely downstairs level that opens onto an open tiled sunroom. Bougan Villa caters to family gatherings and corporate retreats. We have an absolutely zero tolerance for large parties and boisterous behavior. No more than 8 cars at a time, no foul language, no music or noise after ten p.m.  There is a $50 charge per person or vehicle per night for guests who exceed our limits. The deposit will not be refunded if we have complaints from our neighbors or the police are called. We value our relationship with our neighbors and our goal is to peacefully coexist with them. Off Season - October through March

$350 a night weekends $300 a night weekdays $2000 a week $300 cleaning fee 13% Tax & $1000 deposit (Not included in rate)

Holiday nights priced same as weekend rates with a three night minimum.
No pets or smoking allowed.
