The TWO RIVERS TREEHOUSE is a beautiful third floor condo with a stunning view of beautiful New Braunfels. The Comal river is known as “the shortest river in Texas”. This two-mile river is crystal clear and a constant 68 degrees year round.

The TREEHOUSE has an ideal location on the river. It is close to the headwaters and allows the beginning of one of the longest floats on the Comal River. The river area next to the condo also offers one of the best areas for swimming and splashing in the clean refreshing waters.

Inside the TREEHOUSE you will be treated to the ultimate in modern relaxation condo living. Our objective is to provide a light and airy environment with natural “green” products while affording you the comforts of modern sophistication.

At the entry you will be greeted by lovely maple floors and lively natural colors that come from the warm glow of the sun, the calming blues of the sky and the lively greens of the spring budding leaves. The bedrooms are simple but elegant and each room is equipped with a wall mounted LCD flat screen with built in DVD player and over 100 cable channels. The bathrooms will surprise you with their combination of earthy slate contrasting with ultra modern “euro style” lavatories. The kitchen will invite the entire family to gather around with it’s tasteful combination of stainless, granite and wood beautifully highlighted with modern lighting. The kitchen is open with the living area which is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, a matching leather recliner, a big screen TV and a state-of-the art surround sound system. Oh and did we mention the view from the balcony? What a perfect transition it provides from the beauty inside to the beauty outside.

No pets or smoking allowed. Guests are required to wear wristbands throughout their stay and only two cars per condo are permitted. Parking permits should be kept on the dash of your car to prevent towing. Permits and wristbands are kept in the condo. Additional parking is available on the street outside of the complex. Prices do not include tax.
