Right across from the last public exit on the Comal River and Schlitterbahn's new Surfenburg Waterpark. There is a King in the master and a Queen in the second bedroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa with room for an air mattress or two.

The waterfront features a large deck with two hot tubs and a lovely pool on the edge of the Comal River. Minutes from downtown New Braunfels and historic Gruene.

There is only room for two parking spaces. Guests need to wear wristbands and parking permits must be on the dash of the guest's car.

Peak Season - April through September

$275 a weekend night $250 week night $1650 per week $5000 a month Peak rates apply to holiday such as Memorial Day, Fourth of July,Labor Day, Wurstfest, Thanksgiving, Christmas.

Off Season - October through March

$175 a weekend night $150 week night $850 per week $1400 a month

Holiday nights priced same as weekend rates with a three night minimum.
$500 deposit $125 cleaning fee No pets or smoking allowed. Prices do not include 13% tax. Guests must wear wristbands during their stay and only two cars allowed per condo. Parking permits must be displayed on the dashboard of each car. Wristbands and parking permits are in the condo.
