The condos have a gorgeous lush green picnic area with picnic tables, charcoal grills and hot tub.

Outfitters are next door to help our guests navigate the Comal River. Fishing and scuba diving are popular on the clear spring fed river. Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Gruene are close by and downtown a block away.

Off Season - October through March

$175 weekend nights $150 week days $850 per week $2000 per month 13% tax

Holiday nights priced same as weekend rates with a three night minimum.
$125 cleaning fee. $500 Deposit. 13% tax Guests are asked to wear wristbands throughout their stay. Parking is limited to two cars per condo and a permit must be in the car to avoid towing. Parking permits and wristbands are in the condo. There is additional parking on the street outside the complex. Prices do not include 13% tax. The condos are undergoing a renovation and steel poles are supporting the balconies and walkways. The only impact this should have on guest stay if that no more than eight people should be on a balcony at one time and large groups are discouraged from crowding the walkways. Not one guest has complained about the renovation.
