The house has: A huge master suite with King bed, a large luxury bath, featuring beautiful tile work, a double headed walk-in shower and double vanities. The other bath also has beautiful tile and a nice size tub for soaking. All bedrooms are very large. The kitchen has granite counter tops and upgraded appliances.
The living room has a fireplace. There is a covered front porch with ceiling fans and views of Lake McQueeney.
Master has king, second bedroom has queen, third bedroom has twins, fourth bedorom has two double beds.
Elm Grove Estate can sleep 10 in beds and has a double air mattress. There is room for additional air mattresses and sleeping bags. This house can sleep 18 total.
Treehouse Treasure, River Haven and Elm Grove Estate can be rented together sleeping a total of 42 in a combo of 10 Bedrooms/6 Bathroom, 3 kitchens, 6,600 sq ft total. Discounts may apply.

Boat-N-Go rents large pontoon and bass tracker boats. They are based at Canyon Lake and will take boats to Lake Dunlap as well. They put the boat in the water for you, give you a free 30 minute lesson on how to handle the boat. Then you call them when you are ready for them to come and pick the boat up. They also have information on fishing in the Canyon Lake and River Road area.

From Houston take I-10 and take the Hwy 46/McQueeney/New Braunfels/Seguin Exit.
Go west on 46 towards New Braunfels, go 3 or 4 miles and turn left on Elm Grove. Take Elm Grove in to the neighborhood and turn left when you see a Clips 2000 sign posted on a tree. Then right on Pecan Point, pass the Clips 2000 beauty shop, then left on Schley and the house is straight ahead on the right. You will need to get the gate code and lockbox code from me ahead of time.
From IH-35 take the Hwy 46 exit by Home Depot and go east towards Seguin. About 8 miles down take a right on Elm Grove and follow the directions above.
