On the third floor, Aiden's Den gives you a bird eye's view of the river, the Landa Park Golf Course and Schlitterbahn's tower. Master has a king, sofa sleeper in living room and a queen in the second bedroom.

Holiday nights priced same as weekend rates with
a three night minimum.
These include New Year's, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Wurstfest, Thanksgiving, & Christmas.
No more than two cars per condo. Guest are asked to wear VNB wristbands and to place parking permits in their cars. The permits and wristbands are in the condo. No more than four people on the patios at one time and no crowding on the hallways due to the renovation. Guests may park extra cars on the street outside the complex. No pets or smoking allowed. The condos are undergoing extensive renovation and steel poles are supporting the balconies and walkways. The renovation should not affect the guest's stay.

Take the 187 exit off of I-35, go west to downtown NB on Seguin Street. Go 1/2 way around town circle staying in right hand lane. Continue on Seguin and go straight. One block down past the courthouse take a right on Zink Street, left on Market. Condos straight ahead.
