Our guests enjoy the two cottages and New Braunfels TX Lodging on the same convenient property. Daniel's Den is a Sears cottage that we have lovingly restored and filled with beautiful antiques. Betsy's Bungalow is our new retro 1950's style cottage filled with vintage furniture. This house haas zero tolerance for bad behavior.

Together, the cottages sleep up to 20 people with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two large kitchens. Two side-by-side fully furnished cottages overlooking Lake Dunlap. Enjoy twinkling lights, beautiful sunsets, an outdoor sleeping porch and kitchen.

New Braunfels Texas Lodging is minutes from Schlitterbahn (number one waterpark in the United States), tubing on the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers. New Braunfels Lodging is close to shopping in historic Gruene and huge outlet malls in San Marcos. In the heart of the Hill Country, golfing and antique heaven.

Outdoor sleeping porch with futon and twin bed. Bring sleeping bags, great for the kids. Huge fan cools hot summer nights.

Betsy's Bungalow & Daniel's Den caters to family gatherings and corporate retreats. We have an absolutely zero tolerance for large parties and boisterous behavior. No more than 15 guests at a time, no more than five vehicles, no foul language, no music or noise after ten p.m. No shuttle buses are allowed to pick up or drop off tubers at the house. There is a $50 charge per person or vehicle per night for guests who exceed our limits. The deposit is $1000 and will not be refunded if we have complaints from our neighbors or the police are called. Deposit $500 due immediately to hold reservation. Refundable unless reservation is cancelled three weeks or more prior to arrival. Total rent due two weeks prior to arrival. Credit cards accepted.

Signed rental agreement necessary to hold reservation. Absolutely no pets or smoking.

Holiday nights priced same as weekend rates with a three night minimum.
6% tax.
$250 cleaning fee.
